Daily Itineraries
Mornings
Each day will begin with the following itinerary:
- 6:15 - 7:15 am
- Breakfast served at the main lodging site
- 7:30 am
- Group departure from both the main lodging site and the supported
hotel
- Route support services begin
- Baggage truck departs the main lodging
site
Please note that these times are an hour later than our other tours
because sunrise is much later in October!
Main Check In and Opening
Meeting
The main check in will begin at 4:30 pm, and the opening meeting will immediately
follow the main check in. The opening meeting should conclude around 5:30
pm, which will still give you plenty of daylight to set up your tent and sleeping
bag if you haven't already, get dinner, get any last minute mechanical work
done on your bike, and get ready for the ride the next day.

Though very unlikely it is possible that our transportation service from
Sparta to Port Byron will not arrive in Port Byron or be able
to begin the main check in and opening meeting by 4:30 pm. If this happens
we will begin the main check in and opening meeting very shortly after the
transportation service arrives in Port Byron.

We will not offer any on road support services on Saturday. Our first day
of supported cycling will be on Sunday.
